| Client Success Stories..... Julie has lost 20 pounds in the last 3 months to top of completion of her first 70.3 distance race. Hambstring and sock issues made her run into an agonizing "blister walk" but Julie is moving on in her quest for Ironman Arizona 2011. The marathon is next . She just had an expert gait analysis by Jim over at SCAR and she is working through her training plan without a hitch. Tammy is just getting started with triathlons. She has always seen herself as an athlete and now she is going to work the plan so she looks like one too. Matt has his first tri in a few weeks. He will be in the mountain bike division and is already chomping at the bit for a road bike. He is taking it one step at a time. Wetsuit, tri clothes and swim lessons come before the big bike purchase. Matt is a natural in the water. He should do well at his race. Greg is out to better his time at the Pacific Coast Triathlon in a few weeks. He has been working on his running using a walk-run strategy to slow him down so he can build his endurance. His swim is coming along as well. Hana and Eric are determined to do an Oly distance ocean swim ( LA Tri) for their first race. My job is to talk them into a flat water tri first, and to get them ocean ready..... |
