loser. Only 20% of overweight individuals
are successful at long-term weight loss, so
this is a significant accomplishment.

I was among 150 trainers selected from a
nationwide pool to work with
WeightWatchers and Active.com in their
Momentum Walk-it Challenge. As the
Orange County Team Leader, I helped my
team reach their weight loss goals.

I am a USAT Level 1 coach and a Sport
Nutrition Consultant (AFPA).  I am also a
lawyer. I coach because I want to help
people achieve their goals.
