Who We Are
A resource for motivation, information, classes and training programs for people of all
ages and abilities, especially beginners, that want to learn how to master their weight
for the rest of their lives.

Successful weight losers ( those that keep it off) exercise about an hour a day. You
might as well call it "training" and have a goal, a race and a schedule to keep you on
track. Activity becomes easy when you look at it through the eyes of an athlete.  We
can teach you how.....
